Roswyn has its own House Committee, Treasurer and Trustees who have run the House and the accounts from its start in 1965 and continue today to take loving care of the building.

During its 60 year history, the House Committee has chosen many Lady Ratlings to be The Trustees and Committee Members, and they have all given generously of their time, and worked tirelessly to keep the House and Garden maintained and cleaned.

The purchasing of the House was the idea of the late Dame PQ Vie Riscoe but was made possible by Sir Billy Butlin when he generously donated £10,000 for a House to be purchased, and it was the late
Dame PQ Wyn Hearn who eventually found 'Roswyn'.

We were so grateful that Lady Butlin continued the long standing connection with Roswyn, her support and love over the years was much appreciated.

The House is held in trust for the GOLR members (The Sir Billy Butlin GOLR Foundation Fund)
and the current Trustees are:

PQ SHARON MAXIM
PO ANN WICKENS
